Here at Lustral Water, we allow our employees to grow and explore other areas as well. Our employees are accountable and responsible for their actions. Since we have understood the need for our employees to have quality time together, we have introduced two rewarding badges. This rewarding badge is a form of appreciation we give to employees so that they feel belonged and happy in the organisation. Here’s an overview of how it goes.

These performances are measured every three months. We have two rewarding badges- Star Employee and Co- founders club.

The star employee states that people who have given outstanding performance beyond their designated role. Like for eg. If an employee who is a part of the customer service support does things outside their role so that they can expand their skills. The co-founder badge indicates outstanding performance which involves thinking outside the box, trying something outside the job role, giving new ideas while helping the company grow. Their dedication, involvement to perform tasks and their behaviour and punctuality is also measured. 

While the star employee reward gets a thing they want along with the utmost recognition as they have taken initiative in different things in order to help the company grow. For Co- founder club badge they will be offered 2 nights stay in a five star hotel with their family and dinner with founding members of the Lustral Water. 

While monetary benefits do help with a lot of things it is the quality that precedes anything. Just like how Lustral Water boasts about its quality water,it also boasts about the quality rewards that can pave way for creativity and innovation.
