“I feel like I was scammed."

I had a water purifier already installed in my home. I have brought their best package so I don’t have to worry about anything. One day, I started getting dirt in the water. I was worried what would happen, so I called their customer service and registered a complaint with them. They came in and checked everything and said my water purifier is fine. Nothing was wrong with it.

I was confused that even after inspection, why am I still getting dirt in the water. They suggested buying the new water purifier. I have already spent quite a lot of money on this one. How can I simply buy another one? But I didn’t have any choice.
