Is there any water usage limit?
No, there is no water usage limit. You are free to use our unlimited water usage services.
How can we receive the data for our water?
We have our Lustral Water mobile app which can be downloaded through the playstore. Once installed, choose the plan that you have availed and login. Once logged in, you will have access to the real time data given by the Lustral Water purifier.
How will you add the minerals to the water?
We have highest quality tested mineraliser present in our water purifier along with mineral cartridge which is made from natural metal granules that helps in adding the minerals in the water after it gets filtered. Through this process, we ensure that we not only provide you clean and pure drinking water but a nutritious one at that.
In case of any parts broken, how much do we have to pay?
You don’t have to pay any additional costs in case the parts broke as it is covered in our subscription charges.
What if my mineral cartridge quality gets poor?
If your mineral cartridge quality gets poor, the purifier automatically sends a signal to the technician who will come and install a new mineral cartridge. There will be no manual intervention required. We also change your mineral cartridge every 4 months so that you can continue to get clean and healthy drinking water experience.
What to do if I have a complaint?

How can I use the Lustral Water app?
Once you sign in to the app, you'll land on the main page displaying real-time water quality data. Water Quality Summary: A brief overview of your water's current condition.Water Consumption: Tracks your water usage over the last 7 days. Click "Total Water Consumption" for daily, weekly, and monthly details.Water Metrics: Detailed info on pH, turbidity, temperature, and TDS levels.Mineral Content: Shows the current levels of minerals in your water.
